{"id":358,"date":"2024-12-17T16:28:33","date_gmt":"2024-12-17T16:28:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/policies.pstcc.edu\/?page_id=358"},"modified":"2025-01-06T00:29:28","modified_gmt":"2025-01-06T00:29:28","slug":"policy-051900","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/policies.pstcc.edu\/?page_id=358","title":{"rendered":"POLICY 05:19:00"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>REVENUES FROM CAMPUS CONCESSIONS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please refer to Tennessee Board of Regents <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tbr.edu\/policies\/default.aspx?id=1054\">Policy No. 4:04:01:50<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of this policy is the establishment of the process and procedures regarding revenues received from campus concessions at institutions governed by the Tennessee Board of Regents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:upper-roman\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Revenues from Campus Concession\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:upper-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The institutions governed by the Tennessee Board of Regents shall consider revenue received from campus concessions as unrestricted revenue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any contract between the institution and any external agency to the institution is to be awarded on the basis of any method provided under TBR Purchasing Policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any award of concessions to agencies internal to the institution shall be awarded on the basis of proposals presented to the institution and eligibility to present proposals will not be limited to any specific internal agency.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Sources: TBR Policy 04:04:01:50; T.C.A. \u00a7 49-8-203<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Revised by TBR August 17, 1973<br>Revised by TBR September 30, 1983<br>Revised by TBR September 28, 2007<br>Reviewed\/Recommended: President\u2019s Council, March 27, 2023<br>Approved: President L.
