NOTICE AND DISCLAIMER

Policies are subject to change without notice and may be superseded by policies and guidelines of the Tennessee Board of Regents or state or federal law. These policies do not constitute a contract or otherwise binding commitment between Pellissippi State Community College and the College’s faculty and staff. Pellissippi State Community College is an employment-at-will college. Terms of at-will employment can only be modified by a written agreement signed by the president of the college and the college employee.

The official copy of college policies will be maintained in the President’s Office. They may be also accessed from the Pellissippi State web page at www.pstcc.edu by selecting “A-Z Index” then “Policies”. During new employee orientation all employees will be given directions for accessing college policies.
