POLICY 08:09:00

STOLEN PROPERTY

Pellissippi State property that is stolen must be recorded on a police report and a PSCC Incident Report. The property custodian is required to contact the Department of Safety and Security (694-6649) and to file a police report with the law enforcement agency that has jurisdiction for that campus. The property custodian will supply the Department of Safety and Security with a copy of the police report, at which time an incident report will be prepared. All documented thefts will be reflected on the Annual Security Report.
