CURRICULUM CONTENT AND SEQUENCE

  1. Each program of study (career/transfer) leading to an associate’s degree will establish curriculum content and sequence containing the following elements:
    1. Program Goals – General statements of desired learner outcomes as a product of instruction. General Education Outcomes are the program goals of the university parallel/college transfer program
    2. Expected Student Learning Outcomes – A detailed list of specific performance expectations that includes the measurable skills, tasks, knowledge, and attitudes or values the student will attain or be able to perform upon completion of the course.
  2. Each department or program of study will establish an assessment plan that includes an annual review of measures of program goal achievement and other indicators of effectiveness in support of College goals.
